Please dig out and remove all of the thick, knobbly trunk sections, including the base below ground, so it can’t regrow. Cut out the thin roots that can, other thin roots can be left in the soil. 2. Approx. 68 small stumps (cut-down lady palm canes - thin, fibrous stems) - please dig out each clump, including the root ball. Please remove all green waste, including every trunk piece (as they can regrow) + bring your own tools.

The vanity/benchtop is staying in place. (Photo of identical apartment in my building where the same basin has been replaced) • Remove and replace existing bathroom wall-mounted tap/mixer with new compatible tapware. • Remove existing kitchen mixer tap and install a new pull-down kitchen mixer with retractable hose. • Remove existing fixed shower head and install a new dual shower system with rain shower head and handheld shower. I will supply the new basin, bathroom tapware, kitchen mixer and shower system. Please include all labour, removal of existing fixtures, installation, connection, sealing where required, testing for leaks and clean-up in your offer.
