Dissemble a bunk bed and a double bed base. Also move one double mattress, one queen mattress, 2 double bed bases, 1 queen bed base upstairs. I have attached pictures. Bunk bed frame and double bed frame are free to take if you like

Quote request for Weds 24th Sept… The bathroom basin taps in my unit at the Adina (CBD) are becoming difficult to turn off, so I am hoping I might be able to get someone in to replace the faucets. Laundry taps were never used just had a hotwater installed n now the tap is dripping. Shower hot water is dripping n the bath cold tap is hard to open so is the hot water tap in the ensuite. Have bought all the tap assembles. But may only need some of them reseated.

One of the two stringers is rotted and so are several of the stair treads, need to remove the rotted stringer (the one on the right hand side) and remove the rotted stair treads, install the new stringer and connect the new stair treads and those old ones that can be recycled)

Change 2 ABI interior taps in bathroom (i.e just remove old tap and attach new) and tighten one toilet role holder

Hi! I am looking for someone to remove 3 palm tree stumps. The largest is just under 100cm, the other two about half that size. Things to note: they are very close to the fences, so this may make it more difficult to access Also, entry to the courtyard is through a gate at the side of the townhouse, just under a metre wide, so unsure if a dingo etc would fit. Excess debris to be removed, I can provide dump vouchers. Trailer can be parked right at the end of the walkway on the road for ease of loading. Flexible with when, available after 10am most days. The standard laundry tap set juts out too far for my dryer. I have some shallow ones from Bunnings that you can install or I will consider other products if you have something to suggest. Needs to be finished today or tomorrow at latest please.
