I have purchased some Sleepy Time Side Channel Tracks that need installing around a bedroom window. They have tape already on them so need to be stuck on and possibly they may need to be screwed into the wall as well (screws not provided). Also, it looks like one of the chain hold down screws/mechanism at the bottom will need to be repositioned slightly across to allow the track to fit (will also require drilling brick wall). Want someone with attention to detail.

There is one extra job required as part of this which will include building a timber kicker for beneath the vanity so that it fits perfectly in this space. We are not retiling as the current tiles are fine
