Hi there. I have a double bookcase in my room which I am seeking to have screwed to the wall (note, wall is brick), via some brackets at the top, as well as some fix ups. 1) Please attach to the wall, (bring stud finder w/ electrical detector to make sure don't hit a wire!), with brackets (see attached). 2) Please carve the foot to fit skirting board so it sits flush with wall (see pic) 3) Please align bookcases so they are right next to each other flush and square - and attach them to each other w/ screws 4) One of the shelves is just being held up with a screw. If that could be improved would be a big benefit. 5) One more task - please put some hooks in behind my barbeque which I can hang the grill on - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 27 September 2023

I am looking for a plumber to come in tomorrow and loosen taps and spouts so the can be lifted for bench sealing in our ensuite, bathroom and kitchen. I would imagine that a qualified plumber would do it all in maybe 15-20 mins? I then need the plumber to come back and re-fix the taps post benches being refinished

1. Fix buttons/change cistern on inwall toilet 2. Against wall toilet - it flushes no problem, the inlet/float valve is not working well, sometimes the water will keep running (it stops if you jiggle it abit) 3. Laundry tap is leaking from the tap (change mixer?) 4. Outdoor tap leaking (connected to timer) 5. Cooktop, 2 burners don't turn on (remaining 3 are fine - unit is 2 years old)

I think washers need replacing and I would like to check that drains in downstairs bathroom are working properly.
