Looking for a licensed plumber to relocate the two external taps at the front of our newly built home. There are currently 2 taps: * Potable/drinking water tap * NDW (non-drinking/recycled water) tap Both are currently positioned in the middle of the front yard (see attached photo). We would like both taps relocated in line with the front pillar, so they are out of the way before concreting is completed. Looking for quotes for the complete job. Access is currently very easy as the front yard is still bare and landscaping has not started. Please provide your quote and let me know if you need any additional measurements/photos.

Need an electrical safety check on a property before tenants can move in. Other smaller items include: 1 :light switch needs replacement 2 : hallway light changed the globe but no success, not sure what’s at fault. 3: part of the safety check I guess but there’s old school lights in 1 room with exposed wires may need to be fixed. 4:hardly electrical but have a heater that we need mounted to the wall.
