Need fixing washer in two bathroom taps (4 taps in total). Looks like they are currently jammed and two tight to open and close.

I need my washing machine and dryer moved from underneath my house to my upstairs bathroom in Red Hill. The appliances are currently stored downstairs under the house. Access is via the side of the house and there are 4 steps to get them up to the main level — photos attached showing the access. I need someone to: * Move the front-loading washing machine upstairs * Move the dryer upstairs * Install/connect the washing machine in the bathroom * Stack the dryer securely on top of the washing machine * Install the stacking kit — I already have the correct stacking kit * Level the machines and make sure everything is stable The bathroom already has washing machine taps/plumbing available. The washing machine is heavy, so this is ideally a two-person job or someone with suitable moving equipment. Please only offer if you’re experienced moving heavy appliances and stacking dryers safely.

I need the bathroom tapware changed. I think it involves two visits. 1. First visit - change kitchen sink tap, and remove existing tapware from bathroom/ensuite (i think mixers have to stay), and confirm whether the new style I am going to purchase is workable.
