Hi! Looking for an experienced handyman/painter to complete a few small repairs around my home in Newstead. Jobs details: * Repair/re-secure one curtain track bracket that has pulled out of the wall/ceiling area. The existing track is still in place - one fixing has come loose and the small damaged area around it will need to be patched neatly. * Patch a couple of small damaged areas around the smoke alarm where the plaster/paint has chipped or cracked. * Touch up a few small paint patches/marks on the walls/ceiling. * Colour-match the existing white/off-white paint as closely as possible so the repairs blend in neatly. Photos attached showing everything that needs attention. The curtain track needs to be securely re-fixed rather than just cosmetically patched, as it will be holding curtains.
