The job would include: *doing cuts of final two boards and putting then on the side of the deck next to fence (see first picture) *building a step up to walk onto the deck, which will be three boards in depth (see second picture) *sanding the whole deck around where the screws are (roughly 900 screws, see third picture) I will have all materials (etc., spotted gum boards and treated pine for joists etc for step, all screws etc)and would be roughly half a days work in which you would just need to bring your own tools.
