Location context: Stumps run close to a wooden fence line and a concrete slab edge, so care needs to be taken with machinery/tools to avoid damaging the fence or concrete. Need someone to repair 2 leaking washing machine taps at my rental property. The taps do not leak when they are turned off. When the taps are turned on (with the washing machine hose connected), water leaks from under the handle/knob. It appears the leak is likely coming from the spindle O-ring.
