2 x tree stumps need removing. One has been just stump for many years (presumed dead) and the other recently cut down. Both approx 50cm diameter *note there is a small decking to cross, between two stumps (see pic)

Ensuite bathroom has a leaky tap, shower head is also leaking. Would also like to change over the shower taps with the photo attached if possible

I have two leaking bathroom taps. Caroma tapware installed 9 years ago. Twin basin vanity. The ‘hot’ on each leaks/drips and I’ve turned off the isolation valve below to save water. I need someone to finish my recently built deck which needs a step up built and some final touch ups. The job would include: *doing cuts of final two boards and putting then on the side of the deck next to fence (see first picture) *building a step up to walk onto the deck, which will be three boards in depth (see second picture) *sanding the whole deck around where the screws are (roughly 900 screws, see third picture) I will have all materials (etc., spotted gum boards and treated pine for joists etc for step, all screws etc)and would be roughly half a days work in which you would just need to bring your own tools.
