We need a qualified painter to come and do some touch ups on walls and doors in our rental which has original basic paint job (thank you to current, mass producing house builders). It’s not bad at all but it’s paint on door that has chipped or walls where something has fallen against it. We just want our bond back. It’s not a big job.
