My water heater was working okay until yesterday. I believe it might be just be the pilot light that’s not working. I need someone to come and assess and hopefully ignite the light.

New replacement unit will be installed but need gas line connected to On Demand Hot Water Heater. I assume must be a licensed plumber/gas filter.

My existing Rinnai instant hot water unit needs to be replaced with a new identical unit. I’m after a quote for removal/fitting only, as I’ll be purchasing the new unit. Should be a relatively simple off and on job. - Due date: Flexible

Replace Gas Hotwater control valve in Aquamax G205 With Control setting '5' on the main rotary control knob I do the following: 1 Turn the pilot light off (small vertical rotary knob) 2 Wait a little while 3 Turn the pilot light to it's 'ignite' position 4 Keeping the pilot light top knob pressed I push the piezo sparker 5 The pilot light ignites 6 I turn this same vertical knob to the next position which should ignite the main burner. 7 Nothing happens. 8 The internal click which I would normally hear inside this control valve and then the sound of gas rushing out of the main burner just prior to ignition is absent. 9 So, I am assuming the Gas Control valve has failed? In summary, the pilot light lights correctly but the main gas burner won't ignite. If I give valve a wack it activates! My pricing excludes parts - Due date: Before Monday, 10th Jan 2022
