Need to change few old bulbs to new led downlights. Add an bathroom exhaust. Outdoor lights need to be added at the front and old ones replaces in the backyard.

The oven is same size as the old one (which has already been taken out} but the old one was hard wired and the new one has a plug? the hob is slightly bigger than one in, so will need whole cutting a bit bigger to fit in.
