Replace exhaust fan in bathroom

Replace 3 lights. Will need to buy 3 down lights. The 3 fancy light are the ones I want to get rid of for something similar in the other photos.

Need a licensed electrician to supply and install a transformer (230V → 16–24VAC, min 10VA) and run low-voltage cable to power a Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen) from mains. Doorbell already mounted beside front door. Please refer to attached photos for the door bell position and a general view of the set up including distance from the garage etc. The Ring doorbell is mounted outside on the front wall.
