Looking for a licensed electrician to install two ceiling statement lights—one in the living room (existing provision available) and another in the corridor (new installation required).

Needs cable replaced to socket

I've got downlights in my kitchen, one has started flashing annoyingly. I have been able to pull other ones down to just unplug them and switch them out, but this one is caught on something and I'm not keen to go up through the manhole. Loose insulation, spiders, god knows what else :D It's literally only 3 or 4 metres from the manhole to the light. I already have the replacement LED here so it will just be a matter of removing the old one and replacing it with the new one. 5 minute job.

Re-writing of light switches. Currently have one main bathroom switch which turns on extension of light/fan/heat. Wanting to re-wire so that the main light switch just controls everything. Please refer to pictures.

The unit is located outside the house. Have been making do with extension cords :(. Keen to have a chat and see what you might suggest …

Hi there. Wanting to modernise my light switches. Hoping to get some with included USB and/or USB C integrated ones and make all the single outlets a double. Hoping to get Eufy door bell wired. 2 dual light switches also link to ceiling fans, and one triple switch links to 2 ceiling lights and an exhaust fan. Am not sure how much this will cost so have put $100 as a generic amount (I know this is not valued at this!). I have more images of all my swtiches that it will not let me upload also.

Install 3 double power points

I need to connect nbn at home asap. I've got old phone lines which may have been cut in the past so not sure if or where I can plug in. I want to place the router/modem in a particular place so likely to need power point added. There is also hall light that needs to be fixed, and need to replace hard wired smoke detector as it's over 10yo.
