My smoke alarms are going off and there is no smoke they are wired in

Needed someone to come out and complete a few electrical works in our unit - adding tv wall ports and potentially other electrical installations such as ceiling fans and adding power outlets as well.

Hi, I am looking to get a quote for an electrician to do a few tasks for me they include: -Installing two second hand air con units into the second story bedrooms. (Have the wall brackets & wall units will need to be re-gassed) - I would also like to monitor the usage of those 2 units plus a currently installed unit either separately or as a 2 +1. -Installing new oven and wiring to meter box. Wiring has been run to the meter box and will require swapping the old 15amp CB for a new updated 45amp one. -An overhead light in the pantry doesn't work. I've attached a picture of the meter box. It currently has 1 not used CB which can be removed and used for an A/C. Flexible on days/times. Thanks!
