Standard water heater , the temperature pressure relief valve drain line has a constant dribble, the easing lever has been operated as per manual, the water main to the house was turned off and the heater power disconnected, the leak stopped then it was turned back on both water and power. The drain line is leaking once again. Need to have the connection checked and maintained All functions of the water heater are working perfectly fine is just the leak. Please provide your quotes

I would say 30- 40% is new wiring, rest is using existing wire already present in the walls. Also need to figure out some of the wires in the roof that were pulled out by the builder previously and reconnect them so that power can be supplied to the relevant light switches and power points.
