Find local NBN electricians in NSW

I'm in the process of installing an NBN Box to my unit. The NBN technicians didn't know how to distribute internet to our four RJ45 wall jacks. I'm looking for a data cabel specialist who can figure out where these ports connect to, and advice on the best installation location for an NBN box.

Our NBN fibre optic cable has been accidentally cut while our kitchen is being renovated. We need this urgently repaired - best if it's this week. We're in a unit (first floor) at The Entrance. Please see images attached for reference. SITE VISIT REQUIRED.

Description: I need a technician to help with part of my NBN FTTC to FTTP upgrade. The job is to run a fibre cable (Prysmian SC/APC to SC/APC, 20 m) from the outside NBN/Telstra wall box (shown in the photos) to the indoor network cabinet (also shown). Please see attached photos and floor plan for reference — the red arrow marks the intended cable route from the garage area to the indoor comms cabinet. Requirements: 1. Experience with NBN fibre cabling or data cabling. 2. Must be able to drill through the wall neatly if required. 3. Ensure clean and secure internal routing (e.g., via ceiling, wall cavity, or conduit). 4. Test the fibre connection continuity after installation.

Need to replace existing nbn cable. We had a nbn technician visit the premises but apparently company policy restricts them from going under houses they were kind enough to provide the cable just need someone to connect it.

I recently tried to upgrade our internet plan with Telstra to FTTP. The engineer came to the property which is a two unit town house (strata). They explained that the connection box is on our neighbour’s wall and our copper cable runs through their property. They advised that we’d need to get an electrician to run the fibre optic cable (which they have given me - 30m in length) through our neighbour’s into our unit. I will speak to our neighbour to get permission but want to understand likely cost/size of job

Unfortunately our puppy ate our NBN cable 😅 would love someone to come fix/replace it. If you offer to also install puppy proofing cover on the new cable, would love that too!

My Airbnb guests say the wifi is “not working”. I can’t be more specific , sorry. They have turned the modem off, then on again. I’ve checked and there are no NBN outages, nor service provider outages. I’d like to add cables one direct to the NBN outlet (to eliminate wifi problems) and one to the aerial (so free to air broadcast TV is available)

I recently got a Mate NBN subscription and received my Wi-Fi router. NBN technicians installed the black Arris box in my garage, but I’d prefer to have the router set up in the living room. Need someone to: • Check if the living room coax outlet works • Connect everything correctly • Make sure the internet is online and Wi-Fi works Haven’t bought any extra cables or adapters yet — please bring what’s needed. iQ5 box and peripherals with remote LG 48" smart TV Bose Wave Sound system & remote Samsung Sound box All need setting up and interconnected. In living room. NBN connection in situ. Needs to be done Friday 26/09 anytime/ or Sat 27/09 before 2pm.

I have a long NBN cable running along my hall that I would like hidden as much as possible. Perhaps nailed to the wall and painted or put under the floor boards.

Trying to setup nbn for the first time at a new residence. Receieved a HFC box from aussie broadband but when I connect to wall socket all 4 lights (power, downstream, upstream, online) do not turn on. Only gets to power solid green and donwstream flashing green.

Ethernet cable not working well in bedroom . Main cable was loose in lounge but works perfectly
