Move NBN Point (nbn box point) From one room to another. Approx 10-12m away

Context: New build with incomplete home hub. 10 ethernet cables unmarked, with 2 connected to a 6 port switch. Big grey box is alarm system. NBN ready with HFC architecture installed outside home which i assume is the stray coaxial cable in photo (tucked inside). *Requirements* Part 1 (Test, Identify, Consult) - Identify, test and label the 10 ethernet cables to ethernet rj45 wall plate (room / location). I assume you will have the equipment to do this. - Consult on how to cleanly consolidate the networking system to allow maximum coverage around home, which will include to my knowledge: beige box alarm system (as shown in photo), NBN NTD, Router, Switch. - Recommend me hardware for my needs (wifi 6+, good coverage around home, high speeds): new media / network enclosure, router, switch, mesh wifi APs, other, any electrical GPO work if required. I want this a clean install so minimal space is key as I will need to park the car inside garage. Based on above work in Part 1, I would like to have a rough drawing of the proposed hardware configuration layout and recommended hardware to be sourced. Once agreed on approach and hardware, I will source the hardware and apply for ISP to provision NBN NTD box. Part 2 (Reconfigure and Install) -> I will post another airtasker for this job - Reconfigure networking and install hardware neatly - Test components to make sure everything works as expected, internet connected and coverage and speeds are good.

The replace battery light had turned on and the box was beeping every 15 minutes. So when I opened the box to replace the battery , The battery within the nbn box has melted and needs replacement. The black colour wire is melted onto the old battery. So I cannot remove it to just replace the battery. Need help with this as I don’t know what to do

Our dog got underneath house and chewed through the nbn fibre optic cable. We need the cable reconnected

The active DSL/NBN wall socket is currently in the living room, but I want the bedroom wall socket activated instead. I need a licensed cabler who can: • Patch the bedroom phone/DSL socket at the MDF • Deactivate the current living room socket • Test that the FTTB connection syncs properly • No new cabling required The building MDF is accessible with building management. Should be a quick job (usually 15–30 minutes). Please only offer if you have ACMA cabling registration.

NBN is connected with AGL but it’s not connecting with the router so we obviously haven’t sent up correctly. Also, the Samsung tv isn’t receiving all free to air channels

Unfortunately our puppy ate our NBN cable 😅 would love someone to come fix/replace it. If you offer to also install puppy proofing cover on the new cable, would love that too!

My Airbnb guests say the wifi is “not working”. I can’t be more specific , sorry. They have turned the modem off, then on again. I’ve checked and there are no NBN outages, nor service provider outages. I’d like to add cables one direct to the NBN outlet (to eliminate wifi problems) and one to the aerial (so free to air broadcast TV is available)

I recently got a Mate NBN subscription and received my Wi-Fi router. NBN technicians installed the black Arris box in my garage, but I’d prefer to have the router set up in the living room. Need someone to: • Check if the living room coax outlet works • Connect everything correctly • Make sure the internet is online and Wi-Fi works Haven’t bought any extra cables or adapters yet — please bring what’s needed. Located in Collaroy Plateau. Should be a quick job for someone familiar with NBN setups.

iQ5 box and peripherals with remote LG 48" smart TV Bose Wave Sound system & remote Samsung Sound box All need setting up and interconnected. In living room. NBN connection in situ. Needs to be done Friday 26/09 anytime/ or Sat 27/09 before 2pm.

Trying to setup nbn for the first time at a new residence. Receieved a HFC box from aussie broadband but when I connect to wall socket all 4 lights (power, downstream, upstream, online) do not turn on. Only gets to power solid green and donwstream flashing green.
