Hello, We are looking for a licensed NSW Electrician to replace two faulty ceiling downlights in our optometry room in Erina Fair. The Issue: Two recessed LED downlights in our main optometry room have gone out. Adequate lighting is essential in this room for our clinical processes. As these are integrated LED units (not simple screw-in globes), the entire fitting/driver needs to be replaced. The ceiling height:—approximately 4 meters. The Job: The task is to supply and install new replacements for both faulty downlights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the high ceiling (a suitable tall ladder or platform is required). 2. Removing the two faulty downlight fittings and their drivers. 3. Supplying and installing two new, matching white recessed LED downlight fittings and drivers (standard warm white, dimmable). 4. Testing both lights and the dimmer switch (if applicable) to ensure they are fully operational. Please note: The successful contractor MUST supply the two new compatible replacement downlight fittings and drivers. The cost for this hardware must be included in your final offer. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured NSW Electrician. - You must have your own tools, including a tall A-frame ladder or platform appropriate for a 4-meter ceiling height. - Experience with commercial LED lighting installations. I’m looking to install units in 3 areas: • Downstairs living area – approx. 3.5kW • Upstairs living area – approx. 3.5kW • Main bedroom – approx. 2.5–3.5kW The downstairs and upstairs living areas are on the same side of the house and fairly close vertically. Description: I need assistance removing a heat pump dryer from a custom laundry cabinet, connecting the drain hose at the rear, and placing the dryer back onto the shelf. Job details: Heat pump dryer is already installed on a shelf above the washing machine. The dryer is not screwed or fixed to the cabinet. The drain outlet is on the rear of the dryer, so it needs to be lifted out to access it. Connect the supplied drain hose to the rear outlet. Reinstall the dryer onto the shelf and ensure it is level and operating correctly. No electrical or plumbing modifications required—just connect the drain hose. Requirements: -> This is a two-person lift, so either: bring a second person, or be comfortable working with me to safely lift the dryer. -> Experience moving or installing washing machines/dryers is preferred. -> Please bring any basic tools that may be helpful (although none are expected to be required). Additional Information: Heat pump dryer weighs approximately 50 kg. Dryer is not fixed to the cabinet and simply needs to be lifted off the shelf, drain hose connected at the rear, then placed back.
