Hi we need a new install for our guesthouse/granny flat in Mudgeeraba . We have purchased a Rinnai 3.5kw unit and I have mounted the inside and outside units so we need someone to do the AC lines install and commissioning ( I have the correct size and length copper lines , also an inside to outside power cable ) Will need power connection to the fuse box located inside the guesthouse about 8m away and the outside unit . Photos show the outside unit , and clearance underneath the house for electrical access . The inside unit is mounted only no lines have been installed or taken through the wall . Thanks for looking

AC technician needed. Kelvinator KSD71HWJ air conditioner was installed new about 3yrs ago. It turns on but doesn’t blow cold air then shuts down and shows error message EL01 - Communication error between the indoor and outdoor units. Installation wasn’t great from the supplier, so rectification works may also be required (mounting etc.). Please get in touch if you can fix it. Thank you. Had a friend remove a few old lights and install new down lights in our home but unfortunately they’re unable to complete the house so looking for someone to do the following: - remove 5 light fittings (1 is over a stairwell) - install 15 down lights (11 of these will go into old light sockets, 4 new holes) We have all the down lights already (from Bunnings) and a few surface sockets (ESS106) but that’s about it.
