We need a Daikin Zone Controller BRC230Z4 / BRC230Z8 / BRC24Z4 / BRC24Z8 to be replaced and zones to be programmed as before. Both the zone controller box and the sub zone keypad need to be replaced. There are only 3 zones currently. So you can use either 4-zone or 8-zone controller. If using a 4-zone controller (which is cheaper than the 8-zone controller), we expect at least a quick maintanence/service of the whole system, included in the budget. The kit is a standard model. You can supply the kit, or we can purchase it from a retailer and supply it for you to repair. The budget of $700 (incl. GST) includes cost of the part + labour. If we are to supply the part by purchasing from a retailer, the budget for labour alone is $200+GST. Must have appropriate NSW air conditioning licences and insurances to complete this work.
