Following NBN’s conduit installation guidelines, cut concrete, excavate and install a communications conduit, and backfill for a new build house in Enoggera. Scope of work: - Saw cut and remove approximately 1m length of concrete footpath adjacent to the house, approximately 200mm wide, straight cuts with clean edges, no jackhammer-only rough edges - Remove and dispose of concrete - Excavate trench (300mm deep) in the lawn (approx. 4m length) from the property boundary (as shown on photo) to the house external wall (directly below PCD location) - Provide ~50mm sand bedding under conduit - Supply and install heavy-duty orange communications 25mm conduit - Supply and install a draw string throughout the conduit - Install long sweep bends only (no sharp elbows) - Backfill trench appropriately after installation (except 300mm from both ends) - No need to reinstate concrete Specifications (must comply): - Minimum conduit size: 25mm - Minimum trench depth: 300mm - Minimum 50mm sand bedding under conduit - Backfill with clean fill/sand (no sharp rocks in contact with conduit) - Work must comply with NBN Co guidelines Prior to fund release, photo evidence is mandatory: - Entire open trench (before backfilling) - Conduit placement and bedding - Both ends of the conduit - Depth clearly shown (with tape measure) - Concrete cut

NBN cable is in the roof of my yoga studio and nerds to be relocated so the ntd and modem can be plugged in near a power point. It is quite long so allows some leeway. Hopefully install a cable wall plate so it’s tidy?
