Help putting up Christmas lights securely with cords, rubbing alcohol and cord tape as they have fallen down in the wind (drooping- they are still up and in location as per photos). I have a ceiling-mounted 3-in-1 bathroom unit (lights, fan, and heater). Whenever I switch the heater on, it trips the circuit breaker, even if nothing else is running. The lights and fan work fine.
