Repairing generators often require an expert pair of hands and eyes. Through our platform, you can find generator technicians who can go to you and service your equipment. They can troubleshoot the problem and offer practical solutions to get your generator running again. Whether it's a portable, inverter, or standby generator, we can help you out!
If you're booking a generator repair with us for the first time, here's what we can help you with:
As soon as you notice any signs of malfunction, it's best to reach out to generator experts right away. You won't just save yourself from catastrophic damages, but you'll also get to avoid costly fixes in the long run. Generator repairs cover common motor failures such as coolant leaks, faulty wirings, dead batteries, and low fuel and oil levels. If needed, your technician can also help replace burnt, damaged, and broken generator components.
Compact and easy to carry, small portable generators provide power backup for camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities. They also work wonders for home theatres, kitchens, and even study rooms. One of the most common drawbacks of portable generators is its frequent starting problem, usually caused by stale fuel or loss of residual magnetism.
Clogged air filters can also be a factor, especially if you tend to use your generator around construction sites, farms, barns, or any dusty area. Whatever the issue is, skilled technicians are equipped and readily available to come over and help with the repairs.
Rotors are the moving components of your generators. They are responsible for turning the motion and converting them into thermal energy. If overused, they are susceptible to overheating, mechanical failures, and thermal stresses. Generator rotor repair experts rebuild and recondition your failed rotor, remove retaining rings, and replace field poles. Should the need arises, they can also provide efficient generator winding repairs and install new coppers.
It's always wise to get periodic maintenance so you can fully maximise the benefits of your generator during blackouts and emergencies. You can choose between weekly, monthly, or annual maintenance services, depending on the manufacturer's recommendations.
The process usually involves replacing worn-out and corroded parts, fuel cleaning, and checking for any loose connections. They can also test and analyse fluid levels, battery, coolant, and load banks, and identify any potential problems as well.

Hi There, looking for someone to service my petrol Honda Generator, 8kVA Workmate, GX390 13HP and replace gasket as it has a very minor oil leak (5 drops per day). Also considering to change solenoid at the same time for peace of mind. It's 65KGs, so prefer it done at my house in George's Hall please. Offering $150 for labour, parts and oil extra. I'm flexible after hours or Saturday. Thank you
