I need a licensed electrician to install 1 new powerpoint with 1 dedicated circuit breaker. The new powerpoint is needed in the toilet to power a Toto washlet (bidet). The house is single storey with roof access and the powerpoint has already been purchased. See photos. I’ve available Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.

Need someone to climb into roof cavity and swap four existing downlights for four new ones, using existing holes and existing power points in the roof space. No electrical work or plaster work needed, the lights plug into existing power points and have a spring to hold them into place, so is just accessing roof cavity to make the swaps.
