Looking for a licensed electrician to remove 6 existing MR16 halogen downlights and transformers and replace them with modern integrated LED downlights. I already have 4 of the LED downlights but I think I need a transformer - refer to images of existing halogen and current stock of 4 downlights. In your offer advise on price reduction amount if you can use the existing ones I have. Please supply and install 6 x good-quality warm white (3000K) LED downlights, ideally tri-colour selectable and IC-4 rated. Existing ceiling cut-outs to be reused where possible. Price to include LED fittings, removal/bypass of existing transformers, any required plug bases/connectors, installation, testing and disposal of old fittings. Please confirm electrical licence and brand/model of LED being supplied. Budget: $350 all inclusive. Hey! I am looking for a licensed local electrician to install a HAY Common Pendant Cord Set with a paper shade in my apartment dining area. Job Details: Remove 1x existing recessed downlight and replace it with the new pendant light. Canopy & Cutout: The existing downlight cutout is 9cm. The new light features a 12cm canopy, so it will easily and completely cover the old hole. Placement & Cord: The cord is 4m long. I need it neatly looped/shortened and secured to the ceiling with a hook so it sits perfectly centred over our dining table. Ceiling Type: Standard plasterboard (Gyprock) ceiling. It is standard Sydney apartment height (not a high or double-height ceiling), so a standard ladder will work fine. Current Switch: It is currently wired to a standard on/off switch. I have two downlight cut-outs in the exterior eaves of my home sitting empty. There was water leaks there previously that's why the lights were removed however that has now been resolved. The wiring that is already in place — each opening has a white flex lead with a plug base hanging out - should work but there's a chance that they need to be replaced as well. What I need: Supply and install 2 outdoor-rated LED downlights — IP44 or better, warm white (3000K), to suit the existing cut-outs. Please use a good brand/model and let me know what they are. Cut-out looks to be standard 90mm but please confirm on site. Please quote inclusive of materials. Additionally please clear the cavity — birds have been getting into the open holes and starting nests. Both openings need any nesting material and debris cleared out before the fittings go in. I think it's mostly sticks and debris in there. Install and test — fit, plug in, confirm working. There's an existing sensor light on the wall nearby that stays as is. Requirements: Must be a licensed electrician (NSW) — please include your license number with your offer. Public liability insurance. Bring your own ladder — eaves are single storey, roughly 3m, over a [driveway / paved area]. All access is from outside the house. Photos attached showing the openings and the hanging leads.

I need an qualified electrcian to fix this exact downlight (see photo attached) as it is not working. The MR16 light globe is working, just the connector to MR16 light globe might be faulty.

Hi! Before I move out I need a licenced electrician to swap out some of the blown downlights in my apartment as well as swap back the original pendant light. I believe there is one socket that isn't actually connected to any wiring, so would just need a note saying that's the case. There are quite a few downlights in need of a look: about 7 lights that should somewhat easily click in an out (I attached some photos of the lights). You will need a ladder as some of the ceilings are quite high. Centrally located, parking garage available, I'm flexible on timing and it should be a fairly easy in-and-out. If you can provide the downlights that would be perfect, but I have a few extra ones in the unit just in case.

We have about 6 downlights in our office that need the globes changing over. You will need to supply the globes. Our office is located in Surry Hills and is open between 9am-4pm.

Current downlights are already working. Got new philips hue smart downlights. Need to replace existing ones with new ones. 4x in living room and 5x in bedroom. I would like this done today and after 4pm or before 12pm.
