Find local downlights installers in South Yarra

Down lights have stopped working. Have tried swapping the downlights and they appear to be working when plugged into wall sockets. The the downlights with the issue are on the same circuit as the exhaust fan which is working. So not sure what the issue is? Price approximation needed.

The existing wall switch will need to be moved to the other side of the wall because it clashes with a newly installed laundry door. The wall is rendered brick masonry (single skin), and shouldn’t require too much effort to drill through. We have about 20 down lights in our house to change as they are all blown. Some ceilings are 12ft high so tall ladder needed!

Need someone to come and replace 2 x downlights in kitchen. Must provide new globes. Location is South Yarra.

There are 5 LED downlights and 1 downlight globe not working (it is not due to blown light bulbs). Suspect fitting issues. Location/issue: 1. Powder room x 1 downlight 2. Bathroom x 2 downlights (one wiring looks worn and the other one flickers- see picture) 3. Bedroom one x 1 downlight (stays on for a minute before going out) 4. NEGOTIABLE PRICE I wanted to have my x2 MR16 downlights replaced with 2/3 pendants in my kitchen. Whether it’s 2/3 depends on price/effort involved - not really fussed if I only get the 2 installed if it’s a huge effort to install the third. I have the pendants (pictured) and globes.
