Find local downlights installers in South East Perth

I have three down lights that I want to have smart plugs put in, between them and the power point. It can definitely be done from the roof, or maybe from the attic. No electrical wiring, just unplug->plug->plug. Bring your own ladder, I do not have one tall enough.
