Two LED downlights are flickering (one in the kitchen and one in the living area). I need someone to isolate lighting circuit. Remove existing light fitting. Test the light circuit for suitability. Install replacement Downlights. Pls see the attached photo. Pls quote for both material and labour.

I need a qualified electrician to firstly remove my current lights in my home (see images) and then, replace/install them with 12 x LED down lights and set them up with the “warm white” tone.
