Need new installation - 15 Replacement- 7 Single storey home with tiled roof. One room is zinc roof (extended part of home) Every room has an existing single light. Do not need new switches I believe but could be wrong

We are looking for an electrician to attend a residential property in Elsternwick to carry out some minor lighting works. The main task is to replace two dated downlights located above the kitchen sink. These existing fittings need to be removed and replaced with updated downlights, ensuring they are installed safely and working properly. In addition, there is one light in the living area that is currently not functioning and requires inspection and repair. This may involve checking the fitting, transformer, or connection and rectifying the issue so the light operates as intended. Please respond with your availability.

Replace one small downlight in bedroom ceiling. It may be a GU5.3 LED but I'm unsure. It's not a GU10 that can simply be inserted and turned to install. Looking for an electrician or experienced handyman who knows exactly what to do - see photos. I don't have a spare bulb. I can't get close enough to the ceiling to know what it is and I don't want to unscrew it due to safety concerns.

Hi, I’m looking for a qualified A-Grade electrician to complete the following work: 1. Loose SGPO switch (see first photo). I already have the replacement parts. 2. Broken 2-gang switch (see second photo). Replacement switch will be provided. 3. Faulty bathroom downlight (third and fourth photo attached). This requires diagnosis and repair/replacement of components (parts to be supplied by electrician as required). Additional requirements: Must be a licensed A-Grade electrician. You will need to provide a Certificate of Electrical Compliance and Safety and must be registered with Energy Safe Victoria. All work will be inside a residential apartment on the first floor.
