Looking for a licensed electrician to install 4 ceiling fans and 4 new double power points at my house in Charlestown. The ceiling fans will replace existing ceiling lights and will use the existing wall switches. The fans have integrated lights and remotes. I will supply the fans - fan specs in photos. For the power points, 3 will be installed in a room where the walls will be open studs (no plasterboard), and 1 will be on the other side of one of those open walls. We’re having asbestos removed, so the walls will be open initially. I’ll need wiring and rough-in done while the studs are exposed, then a return visit later that same week after plaster is installed to fit off the power points and finish everything. Access will be easy while walls are open. Licensed electrician only please.

Hello, We are looking for a licensed NSW Electrician to attend our retail store, in Charlestown Square, to replace a faulty track light. The Issue: One of the black, cylindrical track spotlights on our main sales floor has failed. It flickered and then went out completely, leaving a dim patch in the store and affecting the overall presentation. As this is an integrated LED unit, the entire fitting needs to be replaced. The Job: The task is to supply and install a new, like-for-like replacement for the faulty track light. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fitting on the high ceiling track (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Removing the faulty light fitting from the track. 3. Supplying and installing a new, identical replacement track light fitting. 4. Testing the new light to confirm it is fully operational. * Light Specification (see attached photo of label) Please note: The successful contractor MUST be able to source and supply the specific light fitting. The cost for this item must be included in your final offer.
