The air conditioner is dripping water when it is working

I have connected up some LED strip lighting and need a licenced Electrician to fit a socket in my ceiling/roof space . easy access close to man hole, and run a switch wire down wall cavity to a bench top power point/switch. i have the power point and socket, I just need you to supply the wires & 1 gyprock wall mounting bracket ,plus the labor. I have all the lighting done ready to plug in., see pics for more clarity.

Hello. I have a wooden cabinet that has sat outside for 2 years. It has lost some of its shine because of the weather despite the fact I covered it. I am looking for someone to give a clean, sand (using a random orbital sander?), and varnish so I can put it to my new place.
