We have purchased the stove cook top - just need a certified electrician to install! I have broken the current glass one (chipped) so will need to be removed and the new one in.

My Fujitsu ducted air con unit has been on for hours and is failing to cool the house. The flow of air inside the house is very mininal, even though it's on "high". I should be sitting in an igloo right now at current settings. Something like this has happened before and the unit had dropped a phase. No error codes are present on the tablet and reads temperatures correctly. There is also a lack of condensation/water from the unit, too. Would like someone to come out to diagnose and repair, if possible. High $ amount due to asap.

The assembly above the neck of the lamp has broken off. Needs to be reconnected in order to work again. One lamp needs priority fixing, however we have others facing the same problem $50 per lamp fix (Min $150 as there is at least 3 to do)

Put replace old two security lights at the front of the house and fix Off/on button for the lights main lounge , we have a fan that’s doesn’t spin but the lights can be on but will depends how much will cause first to fix everything. Or we can just do the urgent. No idea too if we need to buy the security light to replace or the electrician will have one, looking not to fancy as long will light up only the front someone coming home late from work.
