I have a 8kg heat pump dryer, Wi-Fi enabled EDH803BEWA that I’ve had for 4-5 years. Works fine but recently noticed it’s emitting a clicking/klunking sound when the barrel rotates. I’ve rotated the barrel manually and noticed it appear to be catching on a certain point. Based on research online it’s likely the following: 1. Object trapped between the drum and outer tub – most likely. 2. Worn or damaged drum support roller/glide. 3. Damaged drum seam or loose internal component. 4. Drum seal issue – less likely given the thunking sensation Looking for someone to attend and fix onsite if possible.

My Emerald heat pump hot water unit has been steadily leaking water from the bottom plumbing area for several days. Details of the issue: • The leak is coming from the lower pipework/fittings near the cold water inlet and the brass valve assembly (around the area labelled “WATER INLET/DRAINAGE”). • It’s a continuous drip (not a flood), wasting water. • I have attached a clear video showing the leak from multiple angles, including close-ups of the leaking area. What I’ve already done: • Turned off the blue-handled cold water inlet valve (the main supply to the tank). • Turned off the power to the unit at the isolator/breaker. • The leak has now stopped.

SOLT heat pump dryer needs a part replaced. Could be the Idler puller, Drive belt or Drum rollers - currently making a high pitched noise that starts and stops when operating

Install a new heat pump drier by piping the condensation hose into the laundry trough and help lifting the drier up onto the washing machine already installed underneath. I already have the stacker device ready.

What’s already in place: • 32A breaker in the switchboard dedicated to the heat pump • 6mm cable already run from the breaker to the isolation switch • Isolation switch installed next to the pool equipment • Heat pump is in position Scope of work: • Open the isolation switch and confirm the 6mm feed is correctly terminated • Run the final connection from the isolation switch into the heat pump • Test the circuit to make sure it’s drawing correctly on the 32A breaker
