Problem: * Hot water issue has been occurring for the past 12–15 months. * If only one shower is running, the water is only lukewarm. * If both showers are turned on, the water becomes hot, but only lasts for around 15 minutes before cooling down. * We would like the system inspected to determine the cause and provide a quote for any repairs if required. Please check: * Heat pump operation * Tempering (mixing) valve * Thermostat/sensors * Any installation or plumbing issues * Overall hot water system performance Please bring any tools required for diagnosis. Bosch dryer makes a metallic "cling/cling" noise while running. The sound appears to come from the rear end of the drum area where the holes/perforations are visible.
