Mount CCTV camera in lounge room and run cable back the DRV box in Roof. Remove two ceiling fans that don’t have wall switches. They are controlled by remotes. Supply and install two single power points in the ceiling of the lounge room for to power speakers of the entertainment system. You will need to supply any cable, and other items required. Have no idea on cost and what other materials you may require other than cable.

The original remote was dropped in water whilst riding, ordered a 2nd remote, it connects and did work but for some reason now does not execute commands like riding forwards and back etc tried a few things but was not successful in fixing the issue.
