Motorised Garage door has unspooled and will not move

Accidentally damaged a neighbours garage door while moving. The damage is pretty minor and purely cosmetic. It hasn’t caused any structural or frame damage but has caused a small hole (as pictured). It’s an apartment garage door in an underground carpark, so nothing fancy - it’s just some thin perforated sheet metal. We’re looking to get this fixed as best as possible but for a fair price, whether that be replacing part of the panel or welding it, I’m not sure. Hi, I need someone to repair my automatic panel-lift (sectional) garage door. One of the nylon rollers has come apart and fallen out of the side track. I have the broken roller wheel and can show it to you. The door still opens and closes most of the time, but sometimes it gets stuck about halfway open. I think this is from the missing roller, but the track alignment may need checking too. What I need: • Replace the broken roller. • Check and adjust the tracks so the door runs smoothly • Quick check of the hinges, cables and Merlin opener force settings • Lubricate the moving parts Please bring suitable replacement rollers. Need to install a Meross garage opener, and neatly run the door sensor cable along the top rail and install the magnet, plug in the smart opener to the ceiling GPO, and stick the Meross onto the opener so the QR codes and button are accessible. No help required to configure wifi and app I’ve already done that. I have sticky cable clips if required. Garage ceiling is 3.7m high and the door opener is in the middle of the garage so you must have an A frame ladder that will be high enough to reach both the garage door and the power point on the ceiling.
