I’m having my bathroom ceiling replaced and need points wired in the ceiling for Plug and play down lights (4) and one for the exhaust fan which is also plug and play. During the ceiling installation the plasterer will mount the lights/fan in position in the new ceiling. I just need the points laid out in the roof ready to be plugged into once the ceiling is completed. Currently has one light and exhaust fan on a double switch, so each has own on/off and would like to keep that set up.

The Issue: The lighting in our optometry room has failed. One recessed LED downlight is completely out, and at least one other is flickering. This has made the room too dark and the flickering is very off-putting, affecting our ability to conduct eye tests properly. I need to install a new ceiling fan and figure out what’s wrong with three others- they either go super fast or dead slow… or also have two sensor lights that don’t work but they turn on when I turn on and off at the switch … I also have a telephone cable that has come down off the house- still attached for the road and working- but is laying over trees- so someone with a tall ladder would be great!

Can someone do Led downlights in my house? House is not occupied so easy to work without a hassle.
