Looking to change the old lights to LED lights before get the apartment painted

Installation of 7 pendant lights: 3x pendant lights over kitchen counter (pre wiring in the ceiling) 2x pendant lights in the hallway (one to replace a batten light; and one to replace a down light) 1x pendant light above dining table (there is pre-wiring in the ceiling but also can replace existing down light or exisiting down light removed) 1x pendant light in master bedroom (to replace a batten light) All pre wiring have light switches already installed (no need for adding any more or running extra wiring). Licensed electrician needed to connect 4 x existing outdoor downlights to power. Lights are already physically installed - they just need to be connected to power supply and tested (and be connected to the same light switch as another 2x existing down lights) Please note ceiling height is approx 3.3m, so suitable ladder will be required.

A light switch is very stiff to turn off and on. Its just a normal light switch that turns the lights off and on in the room. Its hard to turn off and on and feel stuck a little. It works and you can turn off and on. It just doesn't feel correct as it takes a lot more pressure than normal

I'm a host of an AirBnB property with guests currently staying and the smoke alarms are 'chirping', so just need someone with a ladder to head out and change the batteries in them. Will obviously be reimbursed for the cost of batteries along with payment for doing the work.

Qualified registered Electrician to replace batten fix bathroom light with Pendant light plus replace wall light fitting bathroom with new wall light fitting. Then replace existing ball pendant light with new pendant light fitting to living area. Pics in order of old then new for each fixture

Remove existing light fitting and replace with a different one. Pictures of the existing one and the replacement one included. Not sure how the new fitting will be held up but hopefully you can also problem solve that.
