Two down lights in a apartment not working. Other lights in the same plug working fine. When changing bulb in one there was a very faint light but then it goes out. Looking to have them fixed

The Issue: One of the small, recessed LED downlights in our optometry/consulting room has burnt out. Old wire needs to be cut and a female plug wired onto it, so the new downlights can be plugged in. The old ones are very old with a transformer and can’t be unplugged therefore needs to be cut and rewired. I had already 10 done eight months ago and it took less than one hours Work.

Hi there, I would like to have a power outlet installed on the kitchen island. It already has one inside of the island, and I would like to add another one on the outside of the kitchen island. The kitchen island walls are wood. I would like a DGPO that has 1x USB-C and 1x USB-A ports as well. I also like the 4 down lights in the kitchen to be changed to plug bases. 4x plug base and 1x DGPO provided. Please include all the expenses in the quote please. Licensed electrician only. Certified electrician to install downlights in kitchen and hallway (estimated 8 total, please provide quote for each additional downlight). Kitchen and hallway ceiling is gyprock and downlights need to be provided (not yet purchased). Also install 1 x Hyperion 50 inch DC ceiling fan (with light) and 1 x Lucci Ledilux ceiling light in each of 2 bedrooms.
