Install a new EGLO Iluka 52" DC low-profile ceiling fan in my bedroom in Adelaide CBD. The fan is already purchased and ready for installation. It is a remote-controlled DC fan (no light) and is to be installed on a relatively low plasterboard ceiling, centred approximately over the bed. There are two existing recessed ceiling lights nearby, which are to remain in place. This will be a new fan position, rather than replacing an existing ceiling fitting. Please include any wiring and appropriate structural fixing/support required for safe installation. Fan specifications: 1320 mm diameter, approximately 235 mm overall height and approximately 4.8 kg. Must be a licensed SA electrician and provide the required Certificate of Compliance/eCoC on completion. Please advise in your offer if any additional cost would apply if timber support/nogging is required above the ceiling.

Purchasing new downlights from bunnings and replacing around 10 downlights. Purchase receipt will be reimbursed seperately.

We are plastering over brick wall and need the power points to be accessible on the 'new walls'. We have 4 power points that need moving across the wall and would like to explore having 2x new power points added. In addition, we would like to move 2x light switches to share a new wall. We need an electrician to begin this process before we start plastering and to visit again once we have plastered the wall to finish it off/add covers.

Looking for an electrician to inspect and repair a centre hanging pendant light in my living room. The pendant has 3 selectable LED light colours, but currently only 1 colour is working. The light itself still turns on, and I believe the issue may be with the LED driver/controller or colour-selection circuit. Advise if this is repairable or replace the entire pendant.
