Installation details Back-to-back installation Installation is on the extension part of the house (weatherboard); the main house is double brick Electrical cabling to be run through the main house roof space and routed above the extension’s weatherboard wall. Need a licensed ARCtick technician to install a 2.6 kW split system air conditioning. Standard ground-floor install. Can be a back-to-back installation by placing the outdoor unit on the deck and installing the indoor system on the window wall (on one side) OR In case a back-to-back install is not practicable, then the indoor unit can be installed on the wall adjacent to the window wall in the bedroom, and the outdoor unit can be installed on the deck at the same place.
