I need a licensed electrician to install 1 new induction cooktop and 1 new underbench electric oven at my home in Athelstone SA 5076. This is a hard-wired installation. I would like the electrician to first inspect my existing wiring and setup, as I am not sure whether the current cable, breaker, circuit or isolator meet current requirements. As shown in the photo, the existing wiring appears to come out from an internal brick wall partition as one brown cable, then goes into a junction box, where it is split into two white cables. One white cable is connected to the old cooktop and the other is connected to the old oven. Please let me know whether this existing setup can still be used, or whether any upgrade, new circuit, isolator or other electrical work is required before installation. Please provide a quote for labour and any extra materials separately. Licensed electrician only. Invoice and certificate of compliance required.

Lights not turning on after rain

Replace a faulty light switch and replace a down light fixture with a normal bayonet type fixture. Switch and bayonet fixture supplied.

My camera’s solar panel was on rooftop. Due to wind cable is broken. Need to remove it first. Then install new solar panel ( small 12W one) on the roof. Also secure the cable down the wall safely. Prefer Thursday or Monday. If weekends, mornings would be best suited. Should be a quick job and must bring the ladder to reach the roof.

posted this before but it fell through. Replace ceiling fan/light with new one (supplied) with extension rod. 14 ft Ceiling. Previous fan wobbled a bit too much so fastener/bracket may need re setting for stability? not sure.

My oven timer has shorted and now the oven won’t heat, but the cooktop still works. I’m looking for a qualified electrician to bypass the timer so the oven can run again. Location: Kensington SA Flexible with timing
