Kitchen and bathrooms are likely to be demolished, so I do not need detailed measurements of toilets, bathtub, shower screen, vanity, or cabinetry. However, existing plumbing points and especially drainage/wastewater pipe locations should be shown where visible or reasonably identifiable. I can assist with secondary/detail measurements. I have a laser measuring tool and another person helping. Please confirm your experience, tools, expected onsite time, and delivery time for PDF/DWG files.

We will renovate our house soon. 3 storey house in Connolly, Western Australia. I need a drafts person to do the following: 1. Visit site to understand what we want 2. Redraw Architectural plans electronically from current PDF copy. 3. Make adjustments as discussed 4. Add new boundary wall in front of house and submit to council for approval. 5. Certain rooms will require visual representation based on what we are after. 3D or other visual representations. 6.
