My wife and I have bought a property that is not liveable currently for our family and plan on doing a cosmetic renovation to make more liveable. Main points are bathroom and kitchen / laundry area. We plan on doing a major renovation in a year or two time when plans are approved. We need assistance re designing our floor plan within the footprint currently, which means helping with cabinetry design for kitchen, panty / Landry area, bathroom and bedroom I've uploaded an existing floor plan and also a rough sketch of what we might do

You can use our engineering files as your baseline. What we will supply you right away: Original structural engineering and elevation sheets for the shed. A rough hand-drawn sketch with our dimensions for the internal rooms. The exact setback distances for the new septic system drip field. What we need back from you (Scaled PDF drawings ready for Council upload): Sheet 1 (Site Plan): Showing the property boundary, the existing gravel pad, the driveway track, and plotting where the new septic drip lines will go. Must show that no new ground is being dug up outside the existing pad footprint. Sheet 2 (Floor Plan): Tracing the internal timber partition walls based on our rough sketch (bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, open living) and showing a new outdoor alfresco deck.
