We are a small local bathroom renovator. We require three bathroom plans per week to be created from sketched floor plans with dimensions including product placement. These plans are viewed by the customer but must be accurate for tradesmen to work from. Needs to be a floor plan and each wall with elevations marked.

This is the original floor plan of our house which is not very clear and some areas not matching with current layout (i think previous owner did some changes to the house like extra bathroom, changed the location of cooktop etc…) So I need an up-to-date, accurate floor plan, so I can send to an interstate architecture for planning the renovation. The goal is to maximize efficiency, minimize wasted circulation space (hallways). ​Key Requirements: ​Layout: Increase the number of bedrooms, I'm planning to rent out the rooms (maintain at least ~9m², preferably layout sufficient for a queen, desk and standalone). ​Bathrooms: Provide 2 bathrooms (both with shower and toilet).
