Find an experienced dog sitter in NSW

Hello. We're looking for a local dog sitter that can take care of our dogs while we are away. Daily visits including: - Check water, food, bedding. - Clean up yard / dog poo. - Play & fetch in yard. - Bones every few days would be a bonus. You obviously need to be comfortable with dogs. We need someone reliable from the 24 Dec to 11 Jan. You are welcome to use the pool. Our house is close to bus stops, and about a 1km walk from Lane Cove shops. Allow for 1 hour each day.

I have my five-year-old Pomeranian–Shih Tzu, who needs to be looked after for 25 days (6 February – 2 March 2026) at your premises. Oreo is toilet-trained. He gets excited when going outside and pull on the leash. But being part Shih Tzu, he has low energy indoors and sleeps most of the time. He is not desexed, so he can be a little territorial, but I provide a wrap pad for this. He is a very sweet dog, though sometimes he doesn’t do well with other dogs during walks (he is the only dog in our home). That said, in his last stay with a dog sitter, he did quite well with other dogs -just something to keep in mind. I will provide his food, all his toys, and all his supplies. I’m hoping to find a caring person to look after him and walk him three times a week until we return.

There’s a family emergency that requires me to go overseas for 3 weeks and I have no one to look after my 3 year old German Shepherd (female & desexed). I have put her in boarding previously, and have had multiple bad experiences resulting in separation anxiety. She is toilet trained, knows her commands for eating, sitting, down, etc. well with people as she’s always with family but is dog and barrier reactive (not aggressive - confirmed through behavioural specialists). I will provide all food and her daily things, just looking for someone to be able to look after her in terms of feeding and playful attention. More info can be provided if needed.

Hi I’m coming down to work at the UTMB 27/29 November and need a dog sitter for 26-30. Flexible on price based on experience. I have a 7 year old cocker spaniel who’s very loving, plays well with other dogs and kids. Needs 1 walk / fetch 45 mins daily and lots of love.

Need a dog sitter to come to our place and look after our 10 week old golden retriever puppy. Ideal for a uni student that can just do some uni work while the dog is sleeping. Needs to be fed, taken outside to the toilet, and entertained whilst she is awake. She sleeps a lot of the day. One day each week, Monday to Friday, is what we are after.

Hi! We are looking for an experienced pet sitter to look after our 15 week old Sproodle puppy on Thursday the 9th October, we will need to drop him off early that morning and will collect him the next day (Fri 10th Oct) at 2pm. As he would have only just received his last puppy vaccine the day prior, he is only allowed to go for concrete walks. He is a very sweet boy, full of personality and sleeps in his crate for naps throughout the day and overnight. He is going amazing with his toilet training and prefers to use real grass not puppy pee pads. If this sounds like sound thing you would be interested in, we would love to hear from you! 🐶

I have a xl american bully i need someone to look after from 2:30-5:30pm thursday he is friendly but doesnt always get along with other dogs so best not to have him around other dogs

My mommy has gone overseas and I need to stay at home with someone during the day or I feel anxious. Usually mommy and daddy take turns, but daddy needs to go to work! Will you look after me during the day from 8:30am until 6:30pm, or look after me for the whole week? I prefer if you have another friendly dog and won't leave me at home alone. If you cant meet these terms exactly, thats ok - let me know what you propose and ill see what we can work out!

Looking for someone who might be able to have my kelpie Arnold for the day whilst we go up to Perisher. His regular place was full. He is fine with most dogs except Staffies but mainly loves humans and will lay at your feet all day for a pat. Loves a run or a walk. Storm phobic but none predicted. I’m only up the mountain if any issues I can come back down. He can be a Houdini and jump most fencing so ideally someone who can be with him do the day. He hasn’t jumped colourbond for several weeks as put on a little bit of weight but can’t guarantee he won’t.
