Find an experienced dog sitter in NSW

I need an experienced dog lover to watch my sweet and well trained, easy-to-manage (but large-for-the-area) shepherd mix for a little under two days this week while I move apartments. Doug-fir is a 35kg mix of Australian Shepherd and Queensland Cattle Dog with German Shepherd and Collie. He knows commands and walks well on-leash in Sydney parks. We are still working on recall, since he moved here from the California wilderness late last year, so off-leash is not yet an option. I am moving from Rockwall Crescent in Potts Point to Holdsworth Ave. in Elizabeth Bay. To keep the dog out from underfoot and avoid his complicating the removalists’ work, I am looking to have him picked up (or if necessary drop him off) on Monday evening and delivered (or picked up by me) on Wednesday late-afternoon. His regular walkers will take him out Tuesday and Wednesday midday, but he will require 20-minute walks on Tuesday morning and evening and Wednesday morning. If this works out well, I am looking for someone I can trust as a regular sitter during periodic trips out of town. In those cases it may be an option to stay at my apartment, which is lovely. This job is specifically for people with experience caring for and walking larger dogs. Doug-Fir is great with kids and smaller dogs. (For him to share space with a larger dog (>25kg), it would be worth a quick meet-and-greet first to ensure compatibility.) Thank you for your consideration.

Lottie is 4 years old and experienced some back pain recently. She is acting like her normal happy self now, but we need a dog sitter who will be careful to not allow her to jump off furniture, or run up/ down stairs. We need a pet sitter, at your house, from 2pm today until 10pm. - She won't need to be taken on a walk - She is not on any medication - She has separation anxiety and can't be left alone - She will need to be carried up and down stairs, and lifted onto and off the couch/bed - You will need to watch her to make sure she doesn't jump up or down - No other pets and no children please Lottie is a lovely, cuddly girl who needs a lap to sleep on while you watch TV this Saturday night (tonight). We need someone that have secured fence as they can be sneaky to get out under the fence, or at your apartment if you are set up for looking after dogs. About our 2 cavoodles: They are 4 and 5 years old. No medical issue. All food, treats and beds are provided. Just take them out for a walk 30 mins a day is fine, up to you if you want longer. Hi there puppy lovers! We have rescued the most adorable 12 week old kelpie-cross puppy named Biscuit and need your help! We need to attend a work conference tomorrow (Monday) from midday until Tuesday morning. If we were to drop her at your place, would you be able to puppysit? Given Biscuit’s age, she is not yet trained and has only had her first vaccination so can’t stay at a puppy hotel until she’s older. She is also teething so needs her chewy toys and to be watched. She’s been using the floor nappies on her own to toilet but we take her outside a few times a day and first thing in the morning for toileting. She’s been wormed, flea’d, microchipped, and is very loved. We will bring her food, little bed, blanket, soft crate for bed time, chew toys, bowls, treats etc. We ask that you send photos and updates to my phone through the course of the puppysitting and be available should we call or become available to collect her sooner, possibly Monday evening. She will need to be fed mid afternoon, evening, and morning and have fresh water provided throughout her stay. She will need to be toileted before bed, calmed down with lights low or off and energy softened before being put to bed in her soft crate, zipped up. This is a boundary training thing and also helps her humans get some sleep. We prefer that you’re eastern suburbs-based as we’re in Bondi but open to the right puppy lover. We have a wedding in the Hunter Valley, and we have our beautiful little old staffy girl Lucy that needs a kind home for a night. She is placid and very easy in her old age (12 years). Midday drop off on Sat 24 Jan and 9:00am pick up on Sunday 25 Jan
