These drawings will be used as base plans for commercial fit-out design and builder tendering. This is not a design project. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT Please attend with: • Professional laser distance measurer (Leica, Bosch, Hilti or equivalent) • Tape measure for verification • Camera/mobile device for photos • Items for recording measurements SCOPE Prepare accurate existing condition drawings showing: • Overall and room dimensions • Walls, partitions, columns, bulkheads, recesses and ceiling heights • Doors, door swings, windows and roller doors • Fixed joinery, counters, benches and cabinetry Show all visible services including: • GPOs, dedicated power outlets, switches and switchboard • Data/network and telephone points • Water points, sinks, waste points, floor wastes, toilets, basins and kitchenette • Air conditioning units and visible grilles • Fire extinguishers, hose reels, fire panel, emergency lighting and exit signs • Smoke detectors, alarm keypad and visible security cameras Service locations do not require engineering accuracy but must be clearly shown. The idea is to use the factory sail panel location but redesign it to incorporate an angled tweeter behind a recessed grille. I have reference photos of both the factory sail panel and a concept design showing the style I'm aiming for. I have a business that sells a service and products in the aviation industry. I want to create either a double-sided A4 glossy brochure or one of those A4 split in 3 brochures. I want it so that I can hand it out at a large airshow. I've got a PNG transparent logo, lots of text to use for it. I'll need you to source images from a library of images that I have online already so complement the brochure. I need a creative person with a flare for presentation. You don't actually need to create too much, just select the pertinent information, lay it out, make it look good in terms of colours and fonts and I'll approve it and we're good to go. Will probably use Vistaprint or similar to print them so would need to work out how to make that compatible.
