Bottle/label specs - Bottle: 120mL PET, approx Ø49.4mm x 67mm - Label: 57mm (H) x 145mm (wrap) - Stock: metallic + matte laminated (stiffer → needs proper rolling/burnishing) Strong preference: you’ve used Label Ledge (or similar alignment/applicator) or have wrap-label/packaging experience. I don’t know the tool at all, so you must be able to use it confidently / learn quickly. Provided: Label Ledge, hard rubber brayer/roller, bottles + labels and clean work surface. Method to follow (step-by-step): 1. Wipe bottle label area with lint-free wipe (provided). 2. Peel only 10–15mm of backing (don’t peel all). 3. Place label on Label Ledge, align to guide. 4. Tack first edge straight on bottle. 5. Roll bottle along ledge to apply progressively while slowly pulling backing away. 6. Immediately burnish with brayer: 2–3 firm passes centre→out, then press top/bottom edges. 7. If small bubbles: re-burnish (don’t rush). Repeat. Quality standard: straight/no tilt, consistent height, no big bubbles/wrinkles, edges firmly pressed (no lifting). Time/Budget: ~4–5 hours total.
