I need help returning a faulty Blaupunkt 65” 4K TV to Officeworks Elsternwick. The TV is large and heavy so I cannot carry it myself. I have the receipt and a Return Authority Number from the manufacturer, so Officeworks will accept it for refund/replacement. Task includes: Picking up the TV from my home. Safely transporting it to Officeworks Elsternwick. Assisting with drop-off at the store counter (TV is not in packaging). Optional: If possible, help setting up the replacement TV on a tabletop unit at home after collection. Please bring suitable transport (van or large car) and help carry the TV.
