We sent a mattress to a customer who then changed their mind on the order after it was despatched and so has been refunded. We need this picked up from her in Nerang and then we will have a shipping label emailed to you and picked up from your residence so it can be on forwarded. (if a new customer is in the area we will set up a new task to deliver). Mattress is King size in a box 42cm x 42cm x 195cm (63kg) Box has wheels and handle inbuilt so whist heavy pretty manageable. We have attempted to contact the customer to arrange pick up but the phone number provided at time of sale had a typo of 11 digits and we have been unable to find the right combination hence the need for someone on the ground. We don't believe there will be an issue but you must be prepared to go back 3 times in case of not home and with discussions with us try different times, eg evening, weekend so ideally you live fairly close to Nerang to limit time-wasting.
