Hi, I’m looking for someone to install a composite deck on my patio. The total area is around 22 square metres. I’ll be purchasing the Eco Deck boards from Bunnings myself — I just need someone experienced to handle the installation. Decks (2 of) are getting sanded by machine and need all screws sunk appropriately 0.7cm below deck surface. Deck made from merbau timber. I started process and some screws go in further without an issue, but others don’t. Appropriately 40 sqm of decking in total.

Carpentry required to refurbish 2 rooms for self-contained living. This will require replacing a glass window with a glass door, building internal ensuite with shower recess with a sliding timber door. Some cupboards will need to be removed to allow for the ensuite. Also installation of a single external glass door opening out to a small timber deck. Mount a couple of overhead cupboards. Also other small jobs which will arise as needed. Thanks

We need a deck built in our back yard covering our septic tanks. Two large access hatches need to be incorporated into the build. I believe the supports are in good condition but we will need some new joists. I am happy to redo the complete top wood with a new material as long as it is safe/strong/durable. The subframe and timber deck on our external staircase landing needs replacing. The landing is 1985mm x 1210mm. We will paint ourselves and take away all rubbish in our box trailer. I also need three (3) top railings replaced on the landing and the set of stairs I have purchased 25 lineal metres of 90mm merbau decking, as well as hardwood rough sawn timber for the hand rails. I do not know exactly what is required for the subframe so your quote would need to factor that in. Some sections of subframe may be useable but others will definitely need replacing as per pictures.
