Re-staining my timber deck amd Entry steps Was stained 3 years ago with Intergram Ultrareck wet look. Measurements: Longest part: approximately 30Ft Widest part: approximately 25ft Shape is not exact rectangular as the design of the house is such so that our dining area cuts into this space so the Area is much less than straight 30 x 25ft. Need the following to be done: --sand the deck as closely as necessary --wash it off with high-pressure water hose --apply Intergram Uktradeck / Sikkens prior treatment, allow it to dry --apply Intergram Ultradeck / Sikkens timber stain twice. --apply the stain once more where the deck is exposed to sun. (About half of the deck area) I'll provide the Sikkens pre-treatment liquid and the stain (5 lt each). I can also provide high-pressure hose, paint brushes / applicators, masking tape, pan to hold the stain while painting. You have to bring sander. Professional job expected. Armatures or hobbyists pls don’t apply.

Pick up 30 x 4.8m lengths (140mm*19mm) decking boards from Coopers Plains and deliver to Kuraby. Following delivery, assist in unloading the timber and bringing it to the back of the house (access around the side of the house via a front gate - approx. 35m carry (one way) each trip - see google earth screen capture. Then assist (I will be helping) to unscrew and remove existing decking boards (equivalent area of 130mm x 23mm boards.) I will keep the existing old boards for either reuse or firewood. so no removal required. No tools required. I have 2 battery powered drill/drivers and plenty of drill bits, however if you want to use your own you're more than welcome. Summary of tasks and estimated times: Note that the cost is based on estimated time (6 hours) @ $35/hr, rounded to include the airtasker fee 1 - Pick up boards, load up and secure them, and deliver to Kuraby (estimate 1.5-2 hours) Ideally a small flatbed truck would be required or a Ute with ladder racks. Ideally a flatbed as the full load would be approx. 450kg, maybe too much to go on the roof safely? 2 - Unscrew old boards and stack neatly around the side of the house (estimate 2 hours)

We have a standard timber deck that floods with heavy rain. The job is to install a metal grate (1000x150x20mm, supplied) into the deck in front of existing french doors for drainage. Joists run at approx 400mm centers and will require a cutout of approx 5-8mm so the top of the grate fits flush with the top of the decking. Support will be required between the joists to support each end of the grate.
