Description I’m seeking an experienced decking or timber maintenance professional to assist with cleaning and re-oiling my timber deck. Details of the job: • Timber deck, approximately 5 years old • Deck is undercover and in generally good condition • White hazing appeared after previous water cleaning • No sanding required • NO high pressure washing (low-pressure rinse only) Scope of work: • Clean deck using a proper timber/deck cleaner • Light scrubbing along timber grain • Allow deck to dry adequately • Apply decking oil (Merbau / warm tone) • Remove excess oil to ensure an even finish Deck area is approximately 20–30 sqm, with easy access. I am happy to discuss whether materials are supplied by me or by you. Preference will be given to applicants with previous decking or re-oiling experience. Photos of prior work are welcome.

My deck is 14m long and about 2.5 wide. It needs to be sanded and re-stained including all the posts.
