Our front porch and rear deck need oiling. The total area is roughly 80 square meters. The wood is spotted gum. It will need to be scrubbed clean, allowed to dry and then oiled (you will need to clean it early in the day and return later to oil it). There is no blocking under the area where the posts need to go. Below the deck is a concrete slab and there is a 60mm gap between the timber and concrete

Need an experienced person to clean/prep small Merbau timber decking only, staining is not required. Merbau Decking was previously coated with Cutek Oil and recently attempted to clean with Cutek ProClean but was unsuccessful There is a stubborn white substance (maybe oil did not cure) that needs removing which ProClean wasn’t able to remove (refer to photos), may require some stronger product to breakdown the oil for removal. Please advise. Small decking area is approximately 13.26 sqrm (3.4x3.9m) with easy access. You will need to bring your own tools, but let me know if any other materials are required to be purchased. We need some help with sanding and resealing our timber balcony and handrail. Balcony Handrail needs a light sand and varnish - 3 coats Balcony Decking (1.5m x 5m) needs cleaning and resealing. We will cover the cost of the varnish/ seal to be purchased from Bunnings nearby.
