Sanding of approx 20 sqm of spotted gum timber decking so it is ready for re-coating. May need to use small hand held sander with 80 grit sandpaper to achieve the desired level of preparation.

It is 3 year old 9 x 5 metre hard wood timber deck with boards being 140mm wide. It has been painted. I need it unscrewed, boards spaced correctly and re screwed back into place. The screws will not come out and proving very difficult to remove. Not sure how it can be done!! The date is no rush, anytime really 👍

Our timber deck and staircase is in need of a freshen up. Deck is 9m x6m. We will supply the paint. The job includes clean and prep small front porch and rear deck and apply two coats of ultradeck (or similar supplied by us). Includes the stairs, posts and painting the blue balustrade. We will also supply the blue paint.

I have a 9m x 5m timber deck, with 140mm boards that is screwed into place. I want the boards lifted and turned over and screwed back down, due to woeful paint job the boards have been painted. Now the screws are very hard to remove and I mean hard, so not sure the best way to remove them actually as the drill bit is not doing the trick.
